Hi there! I’m Lisa Ellen Evola—a poet, dreamer, farmer, artist, entrepreneur, and passionate natural skin and haircare formulator. At my heart, I’m just a maker who loves to get my hands a little dirty while creating beautiful and effective products that inspire others. I started this journey with my husband, and together we founded Wildwood Farms in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan, while FLRS Botanicals is my passion project.
My mission is to educate and provide natural choices for organic living, allowing everyone to embrace their unique beauty.
My journey began over 25 years ago with my first batch of soap, and since then, I’ve been on a winding path filled with nurturing songs of creativity. As a cosmetologist for over 40 years and a recent graduate of Formula Botanical with a diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation, I envision a world where natural ingredients help people flourish. My lavender farm is a testament to my love of gardening and plants, which I believe have the power to nourish our bodies both internally and externally.
I started FLRS Botanicals because I wanted to go beyond DIY solutions that often lack safety and effectiveness. I believe in educating people about what’s really in the products we use daily, helping them nourish their bodies and inspire healthy choices.
My ideal clients are women ages 45+ who are looking to address aging skin and want to embrace their beauty gracefully, despite the changes that come with age. Every age has its challenges as our bodies, including the skin, are constantly changing. With changing skin comes the necessity for changing skincare.
With a focus on addressing specific concerns like sensitive, dry, and aging skin, I create products infused with nature’s poetry, scientifically tested for efficacy. My philosophy is simple: treat the body before there is a problem and embrace a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise, and natural product choices.
What I enjoy most is developing personalized solutions for my clients. I understand the struggle of finding the right products, especially with sensitive skin and dry hair. My goal is to create a global skincare brand that empowers women to choose natural options over the harmful ones often pushed by the industry.
